Abstract EN

This study basically aims to explain the jurisprudential ruling on margin trading on currencies that takes place in the "Forex" with proposing an alternative to it in Islamic jurisprudence; therefore, We first touched upon the definition of "Forex" and its most important characteristics, then mentioned the jurisprudential rulings related to the most important violations that occur through margin trading after explaining its practical steps, it was necessary to present a suitable alternative to it at the end of the study, in order to achieve this, we relied in this study on a descriptive approach to reach the desired results, which were mainly represented in the illegality of margin trading on currencies in "Forex"; and that the most important alternative to exploiting hard currency in the Islamic homeland would be through the Subscription between Islamic banks in establishing Islamic Muqaraddah Funds for international commodities.
