The study aims to highlight the contribution of administrative reform in modernizing local administration by conducting an exploratory study on a sample of employees in the municipality of Wednesday in the state of Blida, as it is a public institution that is supposed to achieve excellence through the optimal exploitation of its capabilities in light of the changes taking place, especially technological ones, with the aim of providing services to citizens and satisfying them Through the questionnaire that was distributed to the study sample, we reached the conclusion that it is necessary to adopt actual administrative reforms with the anti-corruption and activation of laws and their implementation with the aim of modernizing the local administration.
