This study aims to clarify the importance of the trend towards replacing the traditional model of management in the public sector by adopting a set of reforms and practices that will achieve the expected performance in light of the diversity of challenges and criticisms directed at the way public organizations operate on.

For this purpose, various reform models have been adopted that have been adopted at the level of many countries.

The study concluded, by reviewing some experiences, that both New Zealand and Britain adopted a reform model based on adopting the new public management, while Japan chose to follow a special reform model that corresponds to And the peculiarities of its public sector organizations.
