Abstract EN

This study aims of revealing the extent to which the governance 's the principles are practiced in educational institutions the state of Ain Defla, the study adopted the descriptive analytical approach, the research instrument that was applited is a questionnaire and 100 sample were used for the statistical analysis, The SPSS program was used used, including moving averages, standard deviations and non -variance analysis to validate the hypotheses of the study.

This research ended up with the following results: -the Existence of governance practice in the educational institutions of Ain Defla according to the employees of the educational institutions point of view including tranparency, participation, accountability anti-corruption l'aw superemacy, justice, efficiency and effectiveness), for both teachers and administrations bawave, the principle of transparency and accountability are practiced with higher degree.

- There are no statistically differences significant at the level of 5% in the participant's responses towards the extent of the exercise of the governance existence in the in the educational institutions under the following variable gender.
