يخضع نشاط إنتاج المركبات لأحكام المرسوم التنفيذي رقم 20-226 الذي يحدد شروط و كيفيات ممارسة نشاط تصنيع المركبات أين يهدف هذا البحث لمحاولة تحليل النصوص القانونية التى تبين الأحكام المتعلقة بالشروط المطلوبة لممارسة نشاط تصنيع المركبات في الجزائر سواء ما تعلق منها بالأشخاص المؤهلين لممارسته أو نوع المركبات المعنية بعملية التصنيع بالإضافة للإجراءات الإدارية المطلوبة لممارسة نشاط تصنيع المركبات عن طريق الحصول على التراخيص الإدارية اللازمة من ترخيص مؤقت و اعتماد نهائي و هذا تحت إشراف أجهزة إدارية مكلفة بمراقبة و متابعة نشاط تصنيع المركبات.
Abstract EN
The production of vehicles is subject to the provisions of executive decree n° 22_226 which defines the conditions and modalities of the exercise of the vehicle manufacturing activity, this research aims to try to analyze legal texts that indicate the provisions relating to the conditions required for the activity, either those relating to the qualified people to practice it or the types of vehicles involved in the manufacturing process, as well as the administrative procedures required to carry out the vehicle manufacturing activity which requires the need to obtain the necessary administrative licenses whether temporary one or the final accreditation, under the supervision of the administrative bodies responsible for monitoring and following up the vehicle manufacturing activity.

L’activité de production des véhicules est soumise aux dispositions du décret exécutif n° 20-226 fixant les conditions et les modalités d’exercice de l’activité de construction de véhicules, ainsi la présente recherche vise à essayer d’analyser ces dispositions juridiques afin d’établir les conditions requises pour l’exercice de l’activité, soit celles liées aux personnes qualifiées pour l’exercer ou le type de véhicules concernés par l’opération de constructions et les procédures administratives à suivre pour obtenir la licence administrative requise et nécessaire, à savoir l’autorisation temporaires ou l’agrément définitif et ce sous la supervision des organes administratifs chargés de surveiller et de suivre l’activité de construction de véhicules.
