Abstract EN

This article sheds light on the role of the venture capital companies in financing start-ups.

By first investigating the nature of the relationship between start-ups and venture capital companies, and then examining the effectiveness of the role of venture capital companies in financing start-ups in Algeria.

The study came to conclusion that there was a real will on the part of the Algerian legislator and the official authorities to promote these institutions by establishing legal frameworks and moving towards the establishment of a financing fund, and giving tax incentives, tax cuts, or exemption from tax on corporate profits for five years.

Despite these efforts, start-up institutions still need to take more care so that they can spread to the market and move from start-up to strong and competitive enterprises.

Cet article traite un sujet très important qui est le rôle des sociétés de capitalinvestissement dans le financement des start-ups.

Tout d'abord en étudiant la nature de la relation entre start-up et sociétés de capital-investissement, puis en recherchant l'efficacité du rôle des sociétés de capital-investissement dans le financement des "start-up" en Algérie, qui, comme d'autres pays, cherche à apporter à ces institutions différentes formes de soutien.

L'étude a conclu qu'il existe une réelle volonté du législateur algérien et des autorités officielles de faire avancer ces institutions, cela se fait en fixant les cadres juridiques et en s'orientant vers la mise en place du fonds de financement.

Ainsi que l'adoption de plusieurs incitations fiscales, ainsi que leur exonération sur les bénéfices des sociétés pour une durée de (05) cinq ans...

Malgré ces efforts, les "start-up" ont encore besoin de plus d'attention pour pouvoir se répandre sur le marché et se transformer en institutions compétitives fortes.
