There are a lot of rights that are decided for the child since his birth until his puberty, concerning his survival, growth, personality, and future...

Among those rights: His right in nursery; which is considered as one of the important child rights especially since he is young and incapable of taking care of his own business, himself and his money; all alone.

Therefore he needs someone, instead of his gathered parents; by his side until he reaches a specific age.

This right was involved in The Algerian Law of Family in its acts; from act62 to act72.

Il existe de nombreux droits reconnus à l'enfant dès sa naissance jusqu’à l'âge adulte, des droits liés à sa survie, à son développement, à sa personnalité et à son avenir.

Outre, il a le droit à la garde qui constitue une priorité, surtout qu’il est mineur et seul, par conséquent ne peut mener sa vie seul, dès lors a besoin d’une autre personne pour l’assister et le soutenir jusqu'à certain âge.

Le législateur algérien a abordé ce droit dans les articles de 62 jusqu’ à l'article 72 du droit de la famille.
