تعتبر آلية المحادثة المرئية عن بعد وسيلة حديثة لمباشرة إجراءات التحقيق أو المحاكمة الجزائية عن بعد يتم الاستعانة بها في بعض الحالات لسماع شهادة الشهود و المتعاونين مع العدالة لكشف غموض الجرائم الخطيرة لاسيما الجريمة المنظمة.
لذا فقد تبنت العديد من دول العالم استخدام هذه التقنية نظرا للمزايا و الفوائد الكبيرة التي يمكن أن تحققها من بينها الجزائر التي أقرت استخدامها بموجب القانون رقم 15-03 المؤرخ في 01 فيفري 2015 المتعلق بعصرنة العدالة و الأمر رقم 15- 02 المؤرخ في 23 جويلية 2015 المعدل و المتمم للأمر رقم 66-155 المؤرخ في 08 جوان 1966 و المتضمن قانون الإجراءات الجزائية الجزائري.
لذا فهي تكتسي أهمية قصوى في المساعدة على متابعة الجرائم أبرزها الجريمة المنظمة و هذا ما يفسر اعتبارها ذات بعد دولي تساعد العدالة في مختلف البلدان على التواصل و التنسيق لمعرفة بعض معطيات الجريمة المرتكبة.
Abstract EN
Videoconferencing is considered to be a modern method for initiating investigation procedures or a penal trial at a distance, which is used in some cases for the hearing of witnesses and justice officials in order to discover serious crimes, in particular an organized crime.
Consequently, many countries in the world have adopted the use of this mechanism because of the great advantages and benefits it can obtain, including Algeria which has approved its use under Law n° 15-03 of February 1st, 2015, on the modernization of justice, and order n° 15-02 of July 23rd, 2015, amending and supplementing order n° 66-155 of June 8th, 1966, concerning Algerian Code of Criminal procedure.
Therefore, it is of the utmost importance in helping to prosecute crimes, the most important of which is organized crime, and this explains why it is considered to have an international dimension that helps justice in different countries to communicate and coordinate to find some information on the committed crime

La visioconférence est considérée comme une méthode moderne pour engager des procédures d'enquête ou un procès pénal à distance, qui est utilisée dans certains cas pour l'audition de témoins et d'agents de justice afin de découvrir des crimes graves et mystérieux, en particulier un crime organisé.
En conséquence, de nombreux pays dans le monde ont adopté l'utilisation de ce mécanisme en raison des grands avantages et bénéfices qu'il peut obtenir, y compris l'Algérie qui a approuvé son utilisation en vertu de la loi n ° 15-03 du 1er février 2015 relative à la modernisation de la justice , et l'arrêté n ° 15-02 du 23 juillet 2015, modifiant et complétant l'arrêté n° 66-155 du 8 juin 1966, portant code de procédure pénale algérien.
Par conséquent, il est de la plus haute importance pour aider à poursuivre les crimes, dont le plus important est le crime organisé, et cela explique pourquoi il est considéré comme ayant une dimension internationale qui aide la justice dans différents pays à communiquer et à se coordonner pour trouver des informations sur le crime commis.
