برزت على الساحة الدولية العديد من الجرائم التي أصبحت تتميز بالطابع الدولي أو بعبارة أخرى ذات البعد الدولي فضلا عن إرتكابها من قبل عصابات إجرامية منظمة و من بينها جريمة الاتجار بالأشخاص التي أصبح يطلق عليها بالجريمة المنظمة وذلك لوجود علاقة بينهما جسدتها مجموعة من المرتكزات تتمثيل في تطابق خصائص الجريمة المنظمة مع طرق إرتكاب جريمة الاتجار بالأشخاص كما أن هذه الأخيرة ضرورة حتمية للعصابات الإجرامية لحفاظ على إستمرارها و بقائها.
و من جهة أخرى أن مكافحة الاتجار بالأشخاص هو دعم لسياسية مكافحة الجريمة المنظمة وفي الأخير يمكن القول أن نجاح عصابات الإجرامية المنظمة في عملية المتاجرة بالأشخاص يسبب آثار وخيمة على الحياة الإقتصادية و الإجتماعية.
Abstract EN
Many crimes have emerged on the international scene that have become characterized by an international character or in other words with an international dimension, as well as their perpetration by organized criminal gangs, including the crime of trafficking in persons that has become called organized crime due to the existence of a relationship between them embodied by a group of foundations that are identical to the characteristics of Organized crime with the methods of committing the crime of trafficking in persons, and the latter is an imperative for criminal gangs to maintain their continuity and survival.
On the other hand, combating trafficking in persons is a support for the policy of combating organized crime, and in the end it can be said that the success of organized criminal gangs in the process of trafficking in persons causes disastrous effects on economic and social life.

On assiste aujourd’hui à l’émergence de certains crimes internationaux commis par des bandes de criminels organisée, parmi lesquels on cite la traire des personnes (crime organisé).
La lutte contre ce crime constitue également un appui à la politique de lutte contre le crime organisé.
