Industrial real estate is considered part of the real estate pool directed to investment, as it occupies an important place as the basic structure upon which industrial activity of all kinds is based, and the Algerian legislator enacted a set of laws that contribute to obtaining industrial real estate in particular and investment-oriented real estate in general, as these laws included how to organize investment contracts This is what contributed to granting investors new legal mechanisms through the concession system that the legislator relied upon in the exploitation of lands belonging to the private property of the state, which is considered as the only modern mechanism for the exploitation of industrial property.
