The study of financing methods and its service for investment projects aims to find viable and profitable options in an ideal way, so interest in financing projects is increasing at the level of their owners and countries to keep pace with aspects of cooperation and development in the midst of the globalization of economic patterns, Accordingly, this research reviews the legal methods of project financing, through which the selection of what suits each project is made, by considering the impact of lack of funding on foreign investment as a major obstacle preventing the development of investment projects, Financing constitutes an essential aspect on the schedules of both foreign investors and the receiving countries of their projects, due to the link between financing and investment operations in the economic and financial life, and their impact on all activities, considering financing a practical and theoretical aspect of both legal and economic terms.
