Art was associated with creativity and genius and served to satisfy spiritual desires and enrich the culture of societies.

Cinema is one of the artistic mediums that have had and still have a great impact on the awareness of societies and individuals despite its recent emergence, as it has become one of the most important means of expression, communication and acculturation, through its screen, it raises many topics and addresses most of the human issues.

Plastic art is also the first means of expression known to mankind since eternity, as its visual discourse developed with the development of science and the discovery of new expressive mediums, and the art painting became a prominent role in addressing the recipient.

An overlap occurred between what is plastic and what is cinematic, and plastic art took its creative and aesthetic place in cinematic art and its techniques.

Based on the above, this study came to address the cinematic approach to artistic formation, through the influence of plastic art on the cinematic imagination, leading to the need for the openness and overlap of cinema with plastic art.
