Abstract EN

The para-texts of the introduction is an important centralization that does not differ in its importance from the rest of the other textual para-texts.

It is an introductory text that gives the reader a vision about the nature of the work that it leads but this vision may be critical, artistic or impressionistic.

The study tried to approach this discourse in the poetic output of the poets of the city of Nasiriyah for the elected period starting from it being an element that contributes to the reader's orientation and preparation to receive the text, and varies according to the addressee and his scientific and literary culture, especially as it deals with issues related to the work or the author alike.

It accomplished reading practicality explaining the test and working as an introductory for it.

It manifests the poet's writing style, technical and performance skills, as well as its various functions that would serve the work and the reader at the same time
