This research paper sought to present and analyse a study on the phenomenon of religious conversion in Africa, specifically with regard to the study of Mohamed Abdel Wahab Abdel Wali, known as "Religious conversion in the Ibo tribes of Nigeria: an anthropological study, "in which the scholar was exposed to the Ibu tribes and their traditional religion, the phenomenon of Christian Aruban religious evangelism in that country, and the nature of the religious transition from traditional pagan religion to Christianity.
