Abstract EN

Many goals motivate Human who always seeks to achieve them, and there is no way to do that without the process of communication considered as an interactive human process between two people or two groups whose purpose is to reach information exchange, diagnose problems or provide guidance for positive change of general behavior through these intellectual exchanges, feelings and convictions, whether through speech, writing, gestures, movements, etc.

, and perhaps by listening to each other, we contribute to establishing the most important pillars upon which the communication process is built.
