This research paper aims to address some of the legal aspects related to the employment of people with special needs in the international and national dimensions, especially the public service system in Algeria and its realistic applications, based on the fact that the job system is among the most important sectors that attract job seekers and the fact that this sector is distinguished from the private sector by the presence of strict procedural rules that are subject to control and scrutiny, so that society can benefit from this resource and potential energy, this proposition has accompanied the development of legalization, so it was concerned with the issue of disability at the internal national levels of countries or the international regional level, up to the level of the international legal system, All this is in pursuit of noble goals in the care and protection of people with special needs.
