The Pollution is the most serious problems facing the human in the modern era and especially after population growth is the alternative and successor to major natural disasters until he became the problem of the age and carcinoma because it threatens life on this planet and failed the environment in front of him with all their systems to restore recover and re- balance the desired continuity of its bid for humans a way that achieves well-being and progress, prompting the rights to re-examine its dealings with the bad and excessive laws and have to find solutions to reduce the impact of this problem and its seriousness, not least because of international conferences on the problem of the ozone hole and the problem of global warming which is now running the entire world.

The research was to detect the spatial relationships of the activities of human contamination of the Shatt Al-Diwaniyah, the research has adopted a research on the side of a large field study and included detection sites and sources of pollutants and conduct laboratory analysis of samples from the Shatt Al-Diwaniyah to twelve sites distributed geographically and the months of January and July of 2010, The study has found a set of results the most important, that the natural factors the effect of helping to increase the concentration of pollutants in the waters of the Shatt Al-Diwaniya, with the exception of underground water as the promised source of pollution, and human factors of (b civic activity, agricultural activity, industrial activity) has promised a source of water pollution Shatt Al-Diwaniyah and its role in the spatial variation of water pollutants in addition to the coast is that the sources of sewage promised to source the more pollution a role in the Shatt Al-Diwaniya, compared to other major sources of pollution.

The study also found higher values of most of the water contaminant coast in six locations, namely, (site northwest and central and south-east of Diwaniyah, and the location of the north and south of the city Sadeer, the site southeast of Hamza) and decreased in the six sites the other is (the site after dam of Shatt al-Diwaniyah, site in the northern Sunni area, the site in the northern Sunni city, the site in the northern city of Hamza, a site in south-east of the village Alshova, the site in the south east of Al-Taboo village).
