This study includes the geographical distribution of manufacturing industries in Basra province for the purpose of giving an accurate view of the spatial variability of these industries in administrative units .
The number of the endemic transmutation manufacturing establishments in Basra governorate reached (6103) in 2000 and employs (28,957) workers, while the number of transmutation establishments (7894) in 2010, which in turn included (42,437) workers, and (10073) for 2018 that provided (45,880) jobs.
