Translating scales and tests is one of the first dilemmas, which encounters any researcher.

We find that most developing countries do not prepare their psychological tests by themselves because this requires a great scientific effort.

Therefore, this requires conducting scientific research that represents a special category of scientific research in the field of psychological, mental and educational scale, which is researches of translation and standardization.

An attempt is made in this research paper to translate and standardize Motivated Strategies for Learning Questionnaire (MSLQ) (Garcia and Pintrich, 1996).
