This research dealt with past and present migration issue in the shadows of the Qur’an.

It is through this paper, the researcher set foundational rules to be of help to those who wish to expand the search.

The researcher has relied on the Holy Quran, and the hadiths of the Prophet (peace upon him and his household) as well as sayings of his pure household peace upon them).

In reaching the main milestones for what God Almighty wanted from emigration and immigration, with the benefit of other evidence and studies in addition to the researcher's own personal experience from past years that he has spent abroad for three decades.
