The importance of research to emphasize the importance of motor learning methods and their role in the learning of students with the subject of gymnastics in the motor skills of artistic gymnastics for women, as it helps the student to upgrade the skill side according to each type of these methods as well as show us the most effective and important in the transfer of correct information during performance.

The objectives of the research were: 1-Recognize the effect of my style of direct and indirect learning in learning some motor skills in the artistic gymnastics for women.

It was concluded that: 1-My style of direct and indirect learning has achieved its goals in motor learning for some motor skills in the artistic gymnastics for women.2-Direct learning method has important characteristics in the success of learning better than indirect learning method, as it increases the suspense and eliminates fear and anxiety in the early stages of learning, especially in learning some of the motor skills in the artistic gymnastics for women.

It was recommended that: 1-Adopt a method of direct and indirect learning as they have achieved their goals in motor learning for some motor skills in the artistic gymnastics for women.2-emphasize in the use of direct learning method because of its important characteristics in the success of learning better than indirect learning method as it increases the suspense and eliminates fear and anxiety in the early stages of learning, especially in learning some of the motor skills in the artistic gymnastics for women.
