The research contained the introduction, importance and objectives, and the researcher used the descriptive method for its suitability of the research on a sample reached (55) referees and judges in karate, they were selected in the deliberate way, and the researcher designed a form to evaluate the accuracy of decision-making after presenting it to the experts and finding its sincerity and stability, then By conducting his main experiment by testing Borden for attention and assessing the decision-making accuracy of karate judges and judges on a research sample and after collecting the forms for the tests were treated statistically and the most important conclusions were: 1- The existence of an exorcist relationship of moral significance for the manifestations of attention (concentration, intensity, diversion of attention) accurately decide scrupulously for karate judges and judges to combat effectively.2- The presence of a significant contribution to the manifestations of attention (concentration, intensity, diversion of attention) accurately decision-making for karate judges and judges effectively combat.
