The purpose of this study is to identify Organizational Learningeffect on innovation in Algerian's economic enterprises.

Statistical methods used were: (Descriptive Statistic Measures, Simple Regression, Cronbach Alpha…).

The most important findings of this study are there an impact for factor variable (Organizational Learning) on the dependent variable (Innovation).

The research concludes with a number of study recommendations of most significant is the important for upper management to encourage and support any new ideas summated by workers at all job levels and the necessity to pay attention to providing the Organizational Learning dimensions especially those of low level such as supported and encouragement values
