Abstract EN

The study aimed to know the reality of sustainable development at the University of Dhamar, from the point of view of members of the teaching staff, as well as to study the relationship between sustainable development and the demographic variables of B: the scientific, years of service, and training courses.

In order to achieve the objectives of the study and test hypotheses, have been developed to identify consists of (15) a paragraph, which is a society the study of all the members of the teaching staff of the University of Dhamar, has been selected a sample of (70) is a member of the teaching staff, formed the rate (30%) of the total members of the teaching staff of the University.
