The goal of the research is to build an educational program in the art of drawing and digital design using the program (COREL DROW(And to measure their effectiveness in developing the artistic ability of the students of the Department of Art Education, the problem of research revealed the feasibility of building and applying this educational software to develop the knowledge bases and technical capabilities of students in the art of graphic design and digital design effectively by the imposition of two hypotheses indicate that ( There are no statistically significant hypotheses between the average scores of the experimental group and the average scores of the students in the control group in the post-application to test the foundations of drawing, digital design and technical capacity testing.) The researcher has built educational software equipped with a compact disc that presents the content of the educational material with several effects and multimedia.

A number of tools were also designed, such as cognitive testing and skill testing.

In order to achieve the objectives of the empirical research, The research community consisted of students of the fourth year - morning study in the Department of Art Education and the number of (120) students (40) students in each group.

After applying the statistical treatments on the students' grades in the post-application of the research tools, the study was conducted according to the usual method.

The study showed that there were statistically significant differences in the number of students in each group.

At the level of (1.01) between the average of the experimental and control group in the post-application of the cognitive test and the skill test, the program recorded a high level of efficiency, which indicates the level of technical ability of the students of the experimental group compared to the control group, A number of recommendations have been proposed, which aim to make use of the content of the educational software designed by the researcher.

Therefore, according to the current research results, the researcher suggested that studies should be conducted to build digital content related to fine art subjects in the field of art education
