Abstract EN

The aim of the present research is to measure the mental fatigue of teachers of the Faculty of Basic Education And to identify the significance of differences in mental fatigue according to sex variables (males – females) And specialization (scientific – human) As well as to identify the nature of the correlation between mental fatigue and sex variable (males- females) and specialization (scientific- human) separately, To achieve the objectives of the research, a tool was used to measure mental fatigue with honesty, consistency and ability to distinguish Where this tool was applied to a sample of the Faculty of Basic Education (130) teaching was chosen in a random manner and simple scientific and humanitarian specialties.

After the statistical treatments, it was found that the teachers of the Faculty of Basic Education suffer from mental fatigue and did not show significant differences in mental fatigue between males and females.

As for the variable of specialization, there was a statistically significant difference in mental fatigue for the benefit of human specialization.

As for the correlation relationship, there was a correlation between mental fatigue and sex (male - female) as well as mental fatigue and specialization (scientific - human ) Accordingly, the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggestions
