Learning Disabilities(visual -motor) a problem for children themselves and their caregivers in the early stages of their age.

Because of the lack of suitable tests to detect these difficulties، researchers encouraged the building of tests to detect these difficulties، especially in the Iraqi society which is most needed and thus we have contributed effectively to the creation of scientific reasons for the detection and preparation of treatment programs for people with developmental learning difficulties in the future، Money to detect those difficulties.

So the goal of the research to the following: 1-Building a test to detect learning Disabilities (visual - motor) in kindergarten children.

2-The order of developmental learning Disabilities (visual - motor) in kindergarten children.

3-Identification of the significance of differences in developmental learning difficulties (visual - motor) among kindergarten children according to the gender variable (males، females).

In order to achieve these objectives، a simple random sample of 150 children was randomly distributed over 5 kindergartens in the city of Baghdad / Directorate of Education of Rusafa II.

The results were as follows: 1-The final test consists of (27) paragraphs which are divided into two areas: (micro-motor development difficulties، and large visual-motor developmental difficulties)، paragraphs (1-17) for the field of precise.

The difficulty is found if the child is over 60% of the paragraph.

2-The difficulties were distributed according to their priorities and intensity on each of the two areas using percentage weight.

3-There were no statistically significant differences between children with learning disabilities according to the gender variable (males، females).

The research came out with some recommendations and suggestions، including the use of the current test in the detection of children with developmental learning Disabilities in kindergartens.
