Abstract EN

Some litigants resort to using deceitful and fraudulent styles in presenting evidence before the court , which led to issue the judicial rulings that are not in conformity with reality and the law.

The research discussed the reasons for challenging an administrative retrial, as the styles upon which the convict relies to remove the injustice committed against him as a result of a court ruling.

Not due to the judge’s error, but rather due to realistic reasons stipulated in the law exclusively, as an attempt to shed the light and focus on the causes that stated by the Iraqi legislation and some comparative legislations.
