انطلاقا من النظرية الوظيفية و التي ترى أن المجتمع نسق واحد يتألف من مجموعة عناصر متفاعلة و متساندة تؤثر بعضها في البعض الآخر فسوف تتناول الباحثة الاعتقاد في الحسد باعتباره جزءا من المعتقدات الشعبية في علاقتها بالنسق العام (المجتمع) أما التفاعلية الرمزية فلا يوجد فرد وحيد منعزل فالبشر في حالة ارتباط دائم مع الآخرين فهناك علاقة بين المعتقدات الشعبية و أنماط السلوك التي يأتيها الأفراد إن المعتقدات هي مؤشر الحياة الاجتماعية و الثقافية و الكشف عن تغيرها فيه إسهام في فهم التغير في خارجها وفيما حولها ودائما ترتبط فكرة الحسد (بالعين) و يقصد بها (العين الشريرة )أو (عين الحسد) التي تجلب الضرر و التي تتعلق بها العديد من القصص عن الحسد و العين و الطقوس المتبعة لإبطال تأثير العين الشريرة.
و تتحدد إشكالية الدراسة في التساؤل التالي : إلى أي مدى يؤثر الحسد على سلوك الأفراد نفسيا و اجتماعيا و توصلت الدراسة إلى عددا من النتائج منها أن هناك علاقة بين البعد النوعي و الاعتقاد في الحسد: فالاعتقاد في الحسد عند النساء يكثر عن الرجال و خاصة الأميين و الفئة المتعلمة تعليم بسيط و أيضا ربات البيوت و الاتي لديهن فراغ طويل و يميلون إلى التهويل و إرجاع كل شيء إلى العين.
Abstract EN
Based on the functional theory that society is a single format consisting of a set of interactive and supportive elements affecting each other, the researcher will address the belief in envy as part of popular beliefs in relation to the general pattern (society), and symbolic interaction, there is no single individual isolated, human beings are in a state of constant association with others, there is a relationship between popular beliefs and behaviors that come from individuals, beliefs are the indicator of social and cultural life and the detection of their change contribute to understanding change outside and around them, and always related, The idea of envy (eye) is meant by the evil eye or the "eye of envy", which brings damage and which relates to many stories of envy, the eye, and the rituals used to neutralize the evil eye effect.
The problem of the study is determined by the following question: To what extent does envy affect individuals' psychological and social behavior?
