للتحول الرقمي دورا أساسيا في التخطيط لتحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، و من ثم محاولة التوجيه لتفعيل التحول الرقمي و وضع البرامج التدريبية للمسؤولين التي تحدث مثل هذا التغيير المستهدف مما يؤثر إيجابيا في تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية من ثم و تحقيق أهداف سياسات الرعايه الاجتماعية، و من ثم تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في البلاد.
و استنباطا مما سبق تتحدد القضية الرئيسية للدراسة في، هل يسهم التحول الرقمي كمتغير في التخطيط لتحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية ؟ و هدفت الدراسة إلى تحديد مستوى أبعاد التحول الرقمي في مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، تحديد مستوى أبعاد تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري في مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية، محاولة التوصل إلى خطة مستقبلية مقترحة لتفعيل استخدام التحول الرقمي في تحقيق الإصلاح الإداري بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية.
نوع الدراسة و منهحها : تعد هذة الدراسة من الدراسات الوصفيه التحليلية، مستخدمه منهج المسح الاجتماعي الشامل للمسئولين بمديرية التضامن الإجتماعي و الإدارات الاجتماعية التابعة لها بمحافظة اسيوط.
أدوات الدراسة : استمارة استبيان : للمسئولين بمديرية التضامن الاجتماعي و الإدارات الاجتماعية التابعة لها بمحافظة اسيوط و بلغ و عددهم (211) مفردة، أوضحت نتائج الدراسة صحة الفروض كاملة.

Study type and method : This study is a descriptive analytical study, using the comprehensive social survey method for officials in the Directorate of Social Solidarity and its social departments in Assiut Governorate.
Study tools : A questionnaire form : for the officials of the Directorate of Social Solidarity and its social departments in Assiut Governorate, and their number was (211) single, the results of the study showed the validity of the complete hypotheses.
