After the transformation that Iraq witnessed in 2003 and the change in the system of government to the parliamentary system, the role that Parliament plays in the whole life has become essential and central, so it is necessary to find some kind of control over this important authority that is based on legislating laws as it is the original jurisdiction of Parliament.

The research tries to address that task that the judiciary, regardless of its types and degrees, performs in imposing its control on the actions and persons of parliament, but the state of law is achieved and the overall work of the legislative authority is consistent with legitimacy, so that members of parliament do not deviate from the right path in their work, otherwise their actions will be challenged before The judicial authorities that respond, upon request, to their illegal actions.
