Abstract EN

The current research aims to evaluate the performance of female teachers of chemistry in the light of comprehensive quality standards and its relationship to the achievement of their students.

This is done by answering the following questions: 1- What is the availability of comprehensive quality standards in the performance of female teachers of chemistry? 2- What is the relationship between the performance of female teachers of chemistry in light of the overall quality of their students ’achievement? The curriculum was relied upon.

The current research community reached (32) secondary and intermediate day schools affiliated to the third Rusafa Directorate / Baghdad, which included (32) female directors.

As for the chemistry teachers, they numbered (35) schools for the subject of chemistry, educational qualifications whose service is not less than three years Those studying first-grade students are average, and the number of female students of female teachers for the academic year (2018-2019) reached (3125) students.

To achieve the first goal, two repetitions were prepared.

The first is to prepare a form to measure the teaching performance inside the class and it included (69) items.

The second tool is to prepare a questionnaire to measure the performance of the teaching outside the classroom.

It also included (69) paragraphs.

Verify their consistency using the Fakronbach equation.

It reached 83%.

As for the second goal to achieve it, an objective choice test was prepared with a multiple choice consisting of (40) paragraphs.

Its validity and reliability were verified.

After applying the research tools, extracting data and statistically processing the results showed: - 1-Chemistry teachers do not have quality teaching performance according to the note card.

2- Chemistry teachers possess the comprehensive quality related to the aspect (educational, personal and social).

3- The relationship is weak between the teaching performance of chemistry teachers and the achievement of their students.

In the light of these results, the researcher developed a set of appropriate recommendations, and suggested that subsequent research be completed to complete this research.
