Communication technology is advancing at an amazing pace, making the world just a small village, and sovereign decisions are made by countries that possess this technology, as the latter has become the basis for the success of countries in building, preparing and organizing their armed forces with high combat capabilities, in addition to taking advantage of their advantages, especially speed.

In making strategic decisions and organizing its administrative affairs due to the modern technologies granted by technology.

Accordingly, this study came to shed light on the reality of using modern technology within the Algerian military establishment.
