This study aims to develop a conceptual, cognitive approach to what is the Professional career of Public fonctionner in public administrations, and this from a social and organizational perspective, given the position it occupies within the Public function system with a closed structure.

Where they dealt with defining the concept of professional life, its fields and characteristics, then its importance to the Fonctionner and the administration used, with specifying the types of career paths in detail, and then we touched on the stages of the Professional career that the Public fonctionner can pass through throughout his career in the public administration.
