By contrast, in order to ensure the rights of creditors in the commercial environment, the harsh bankruptcy provisions were enshrined against the debtor that ceased to pay, but the gravity of those provisions necessarily required that they be clear and explicit in determining the scope of their application either through the terms of their operation or by the persons engaged in them, but such an imperative was ent from the wording and content of the text of the article in question.
