The researcher in the issues of green economy and green jobs realizes the amount of attention given by various studies in addition to the steady increase and the substitution of green jobs for traditional jobs that increases day by day in light of climate changes and environmental challenges that many countries and societies suffer from.

In this context, many entities, organizations and states alike seek to develop these jobs and create the legal and practical foundations for their development, taking advantage of the various mechanisms that fall within the realization of sustainable environmental development without neglecting the economic aspects that have become the main criterion in building trust relationships and overcoming challenges.

The adoption of green jobs theses and the sustainable environmental positive that they carry on societies confronts many environmental and economic obstacles.

Despite this, it is necessary to benefit from various international experiences and intensify efforts to achieve the goals of sustainable development and replace the green economy as a strategic alternative in which green jobs take the primary place in it.
