Abstract EN

The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of a brain gym program on the motor, cognitive and social development of preschool children aged 04 to 05 years.

The sample included 30 children in the town of Tissemsilt, selected at random, also divided into two control groups.

And experimental, the researchers followed the experimental approach by designing the pre-post test of the Motors, cognitive and social development scale of preschool children by implementing a program of (16) kinetic activity units educational.

, After the results were unpacked and analyzed by the Spss Edition 20, the researchers concluded That there was a significant impact on the motor, cognitive and social development of pre-school children.

They therefore recommended the inclusion of special programs of mental gymnastics in the general program of education in kindergartens because of their great importance in the motor, cognitive and social development of children.

Le but de cette étude et d'étudier l'effet de la gymnastique Montale sur le développement moteur, cognitif et social chez les enfants d'âge préscolaire (4-5ans).

Pour vérifier nos hypothèses, nous avons utilisé la méthode expérimentale en appliquant un programme de 16 unités d'enseignement des activités psychomotrices sur 30 élèves entre 4 et 5 ans.

Une fois les résultats analysés et analysés dans l'édition 20 du Spss, les chercheurs ont conclu à un impact significatif sur le développement moteur, cognitif et social des enfants d'âge préscolaire.

Ils ont donc recommandé l'inclusion de programmes spéciaux de gymnastique mentale dans le programme général d'éducation dans les écoles maternelles en raison de leur grande importance dans le développement moteur, cognitif et social des enfants.
