Abstract EN

This research deals the current status and consequences of woman working outside home, and her emergence by occupying prominent positions as well as her participation in the domestic expenses together with her husband from her own funds.

This status affected negatively the notion of marital custodianship and responsibility, by limiting this notion to spending only regardless of the degree of God preference.

The financial income generated by woman and her bearing of the domestic expenses, even for a part, led to the retreat of the husband's role within the family and his losing of his moral authority.

Through this research we will highlight the impact of the financial participation of woman on the marital custodianship.
