This article reviews in general the Libyan crisis and itssecurity implications on neigh boring countries in general and Algeria in particular, where Libyais experiencing a terrible political and security vacuum that has worsened the ambition of the Libyan people to see the state of citizen ship and the law hoping to buildit after the February 2011 revolution, which produced an almostcompletesecurity coup As a result, the Libyan territories became a transit zone and the spread of various types of organized crime, especially the proliferation of weapons and theirtrade, whichled to the expansion of terrorist operations not only at the internal Libyan level, but even at the regional and international level.
