عقب انتشار و باء كورونا كوفيد 19 في الجزائر تأثرت المنافسة الاقتصادية في الجزائر بشكل بالغ و بالخصوص قطاعات الصادرات و الواردات حيث تأثر احد العوامل الفاعلة في تحديد الأسعار التنافسية للمحروقات و هو ضعف الطلب العالمي نتيجة الوباء و انهارت المنافسة في قطاع الصناعات الصيدلانية نتيجة عدم توفر المواد الأولية الخام و انهارت القدرة التنافسية للمؤسسات الصغيرة و المتوسطة نتيجة إجراءات الوقاية من الوباء و للتصدي للآثار السلبية للوباء تدخلت الدولة الجزائرية باتخاذ تدابير و إجراءات منها التنسيق الدولي لمواجهة آثار الوباء على الصعيد الإقليمي و العالمي و منها إصدار نصوص تشريعية و تنظيمية بغرض التعافي الاقتصادي و الحد من انتشار الوباء كتصريح العمالة و تعويض المتضررين و إعادة جدولة ديون المتعاملين الاقتصاديين و أصحاب المشاريع و إلغاء الفوائد التأخيرية على الديون.
Abstract EN
Following the outbreak of the Corona Covid19 pandemic in Algeria, Economic competition hurt, particularly in the export and import sectors, And competition collapsed in the pharmaceutical sector, The competitiveness of small and medium enterprises collapsed, as a result of measures to prevent the pandemic, the Algerian State has intervened with measures, Including international coordination to face the effects of the pandemic at the regional and global levels, By issuing legislative and regulatory texts, for the purpose of economic recovery, And limit the spread of the pandemic, Such as permitting workers, compensation for those affected, And reschedule the debts of economic dealers and entrepreneurs, And cancel the delayed interest on the deb.
