Abstract EN

Civil society is gaining in the contemporary time an important position in terms of participation in evaluating public policies, in view of the economic, social and political transformations that the countries of the world are witnessing, and Algeria in particular, which led to the overcoming of the traditional view in the public policy analysis based on the fact that the state is a major unit of analysis and a monopolistic actor unilaterally in everything related to the making and evaluation of public policies, and the emergence of new actors participating, such as civil society institutions,which, with the activation of participatory democracy, became an active player in analyzing public policies at the level of various stages (manufacture,evaluation) in accordance with constitutional provisions and organizational mechanisms.
