يعتبر إصدار وثيقة المدينة من قبل الرسول صلى الله عليه و سلم من أهم الخطوات التي أسست للدولة الإسلامية الجديدة في المدينة المنورة فقد أسست وثيقة المدينة لمجتمع جديد قوامه العدل و المساواة فكانت بحق دستورا لدولة جديدة يؤسس لكيان الدولة و يحفظ الحقوق و ينظم العلاقات بين لأفراد المجتمع.
هذه الصفات التي حوتها وثيقة المدينة قبل أربعة عشر قرن مازالت تعتبرها الدساتير الحديثة كمعايير لجودتها
Abstract EN
The issuance of the Medina Document by the prophet of god, is one of the most important steps that established the new Islamic state in Medina, and established a new society based on justice and equality.
These qualities, which were contained in the Document of the Madina fourteen centuries ago, are still considered by modern constitutions as criteria for their quality.
