يعرف الفساد انتشارا واسعا في جميع دول العالم فقد أصبح ظاهرة تستدعي تظافر مجهودات الدول لتصدي لها لذا قامت الجزائر بالانضمام و التصديق على العديد من الاتفاقيات الخاصة بمكافحة الفساد و خصصت لهذه الجرائم قانون مستقل هو القانون 06-01 المتعلق بالوقاية من الفساد و مكافحته و نجد من ضمن هذه الجرائم جريمة الاختلاس في كل من القطاع العام و القطاع الخاص
Abstract EN
Corruption is proliferating in all countries of the world.
Indeed, it has become a phenomenon that requires the synergy of efforts of all states to counter it.
Thus, Algeria has acceded and ratified several anti-corruption treaties and dedicated a standalone law to the crimes related to it, dubbed law No.
06-01 on the prevention and fight against corruption.
Among these crimes, we can note embezzlement in both the private and public sectors.
