Corruption in the area of public contracts is one of the most dangerous forms of corruption because it is linked directly to financial policy of states, the fact wic pushed the Algerian legislature as in comparative legislation to criminalize all sorts of prejudice to the principles that rule the conclusion of public contracts such as transparency, fairness and the principle of openness، The aim of this study is to the look for solutions to this dangerous scourge, in order to avoid it or to minimize it at least, and from here arises the problem of corruption spreading extent in the area of public contracts Despite national efforts to combat it.

Therefore, the Algerian legislature has endeavored to develop mechanisms to prevent and combat corruption through law No.
