Breast cancer poses a major threat to women's health at present and puts greater pressure on Algeria's health system.

In the context of his shortcomings, Associations specializing in cancer control try to assist and care for women patients, who are healthy, physically, psychologically and socially.

In this article, we revealed the role played by three associations in the social welfare of breast cancer patients, and in order to achieve scientific results, we used the case study approach, using the interview as the main tool for data collection, and analyzing the content of the interviews in a qualitative way.

The study found a number of conclusions, in particular that there is confusion between the concepts of social welfare and the health service at the time of the first health service, within the framework of the so-called State of care and beyond.
