From this article we are going to deal with the importance of different social institution as a institution for socialization ( family – mosque – group of companies, social institution organization ) in addition to that the means of communication and its role in the environmental education by creating the environmental awareness and devellopit with a particular group of youth, that is considered as a pole of every society, Also this group of have a strong role in the society changement then, we should focus on some numerons of social programs cultural, politics …in order to create sufficient devellopement in our society.
