Abstract EN

This paper sought to demonstrate The methods used to prevent the coronavirus pandemic and kepping the relationship with stakeholders groups in the context of the quarantine case study of SPA NCA Rouiba.

Data was collected by conducting an interview and obtaining relevant documents.

The preventive measures have four sides: the sterilization side, the resources side the behavioral aspect and communicational side.

These measures cause the inability to interact with stakeholders in the same usual context; witch requires actions to maintain the vitality of relationships with themes such as: commitment to continue meet their demands in health conditions, providing electronics means of communication, enabling the remote work, and emphasizing vigilance on government decisions to manage the health crisis.
