Abstract EN

The concept of entrepreneurship is one of the concepts well-known, beginning in developed countries and ending with developing countries, which have always paid attention to this area due to its great importance on the country's economy in general and in curbing the spread of unemployment among young people in particular.

Algeria is among the countries that accelerate time to spread the idea of entrepreneurship to young people, providing for this purpose all the mechanisms and facilities to attract young people to this sector first, and then help and push them to reach the success of his project and his small enterprise.

This article aims to know the reality of entrepreneurship among young people, and to identify the most important obstacles and obstacles that prevent young people from achieving their projects and goals in establishing their institutions despite the facilities laid down by the Algerian state.

In the case study, we specialize in the case study of contractors who own small enterprises and are registered with the National Agency for Support and Employment of Youth ANSEJIn the end, we concluded that there are still obstacles among young people to the success and advancement of his institution, the most important of which were the aspect of tribal and field counseling and follow-up and the continuous training of youth in parallel with the good progress of his project.
