Through this study, we aim to identify the concept of sports violence in light of the legal texts and legislation by reaching better solutions and ways to reduce it within the Algerian stadiums.

the most important findings from our study: -the legal texts on violence in Algerian sports stadiums are based on the consecration of the principle of preventing sports violence by setting up treatment mechanisms and organizing actors and various segments of society-the strict application of laws and without tampering will cleanse the football environment from the phenomenon of violence.
