يهدف موضوع هذه الدراسة إلى بيان أهمية عملية رهن أسهم شركة المساهمة و مكانتها في ظل المعاملات المالية الراهنة إضافة إلى محاولة وضع نظام قانوني متكامل ينظم العملية في جميع مراحلها لاسيما مايتعلق بجانب آثارها و تحديد مصير الحقوق المرتبطة بملكية الأسهم بعد الرهن و مئال سلطة ممارسة هذه الحقوق في ظل تعدد المنتفعين بها
Abstract EN
This study aims to reveal significance of the procedure of pledging shares of a joint-Stock Company and its position in light of the present monetary transactions.
In addition to this, it tries to develop an included legal structure that organizes the process in all its stages, particularly what relates to its side effects and determining the fate of the rights associated with possession of shares after foreclosure, and the tendency to train this rights in light of the numerous beneficiaries.
